The search for perfection: the effects of aging must be delayed, nowadays the phrase said by a famous old American actress “take my wrinkles away? are you kidding? It's taken me a whole lifetime to get them!” sounds without sense, the pressure to be beautiful is so intense, and a woman must look always 10-20 years younger than her age. No of all beauty products can take place of a well balanced diet (rich in proteins and poor in fats and sweets, no cigarettes, no alcohol, no coffee) and off course a soft daily exercise to be in exceptional physical shape. Don’t use too many creams, just a little especially in the evenings after taking off makeup.

  • drink at least 3 liters of water a day
  • avoid alcohol, don't smoke, and no more than 2-3 coffee a day

Loosing weight: to lose weight, and keep it off for a long time, you have to follow a diet and do regular exercise. Never forget that eating plans and exercise, will balance the input energy (calories of food) with burned energy (exercise). Never eat snacks and condiments, avoid dried fruit, nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, juice, crackers, butter and non fat frozen yogurt. It’s better to use olive oil than butter. Walk efficiently for 1 hour or more if possible add many sets of walking up stairs. Do more of everything, more efficiently, change your training every 2 months.

Easy diet: veggies are best friend of all people who decide to stay on diet. If you eat veggies with a meal, you will cut 20-30% calories daily. At breakfast, prefer a fruit and yogurt, at lunch, eat a great big mix salad with your favorite veggies and some protein such as grilled chicken or fish. For dinner you could choose a veggie soup or steamed spinach with parmesan cheese and olive oil with steack or fish.

Look slimmer: use the right make up and hairstyles to look slimmer.

Skin face: don't use soap to clean your face, because skin is very delicate and soap could damage your skin, there are special cream on the market for that. To have a skin that looks younger, go monthly for a wash face.

A beautiful smile: make sure to have your teeth always clean and white. Brushing your teeth is no enough for a winning smile. Go to dentist and ask for a tooth whitening treatment 1–2 times per year.

Your hands: your hands are important, lately a lot of people have a look at hands at first sight, to check if you take care about yourself.
